• Salary up to £27,500 (RCT) or £30,000 (London) per Annum

The Role:

As Marketing Assistant, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for Social and Digital Media, with the technical skills and commercial acumen to drive online presence. You will design digital assets for use across all channels, amplifying brand visibility and developing an online community. You will take full ownership of all social media platforms, driving customer engagement and promoting the business to suppliers, partners and future colleagues. As Marketing Assistant, you will also play a fundamental role in providing generalist support to the team, participating in events and exhibitions, producing marketing collateral and updating the website.

The role of Marketing Assistant will suit a dynamic and career ambitious individual who has studied marketing and has a flair for digital content. You will be creative, inspired and self-sufficient, confident initiating new ideas and ambitious to continually develop.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing, amending and developing all Social Media platforms, in accordance with brand integrity.
• Developing a calendar of content for use across all digital platforms.
• Creating innovative campaigns to promote the business to a wider audience.
• Compiling and creating digital assets for use in organic social media campaigns.
• Exploring options for Paid Media campaigns, and the possibilities for wider engagement.
• Participating in the design and delivery of events and exhibitions.
• Updating the website utilising WordPress.
• Creating content for use in email marketing campaigns.
• Providing generalist administrative support to the wider Marketing Team.
• Producing reports which document campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.



Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a Marketing related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience within a Marketing environment, achieved either within paid or voluntary capacity.
• Naturally inclined towards social and digital media with an enthusiasm to develop online presence across these platforms.
• Creative and innovative with the ability to compile visually appealing digital assets.
• Demonstrates a practical knowledge of Canva / Adobe and / or InDesign.
• Natural grasp of brand integrity and how to adopt tone depending on audience.
• Possesses excellent written communication skills for use in content creation.
• Maintains a current knowledge of evolving trends within Marketing and Social Media.
• Committed to continuous professional development with the ability to self-learn.
• Career ambitious and confident working on your own autonomy.
• A committed Team Player, loyal and hardworking.
• Highly communicative, both verbally and in writing, to colleagues and customers alike.


Interview Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person interview, week commencing Monday 19th January, 2026, followed by a 2nd stage week commencing Monday 26th January, 2026.
