Summary
Sales Support Administrator - RedDOT Europe are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with strong Excel skills, particularly experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to join the team based from the office in Ipswich, Suffolk in this full-time, permanent position.

About the role:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers worldwide, providing high-quality service and administrative support. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and accurate management of orders, quotations, and customer records. Working hours for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:45; Friday 07:30 - 12:30.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the customer service and sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage orders, quotations, and after-sales support
- Use customer portals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high-quality communication and timely resolution of queries
About you:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will have previous experience in a sales administration role and be highly organised, with excellent planning and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with ERP systems is desirable, and prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is advantageous. You should be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a busy team environment.
