Are you an inspiring nursing leader ready to make a significant impact across two of London North West’s busiest and most diverse hospital sites?
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Nursing to join our Medicine, Emergency and Therapies Division. Working closely with the Divisional Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care across our acute and emergency services.
As a key member of the divisional leadership team, you will provide visible professional leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to our nursing teams across Ealing Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital. You will drive continuous improvement, champion patient experience, and support our teams to deliver outstanding care that reflects the evolving needs of our patients and communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior nurse with a passion for excellence, innovation, and workforce development. You will be instrumental in embedding a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability across a large and complex division, ensuring our services remain responsive, safe, and forward-looking.

• Ensure an effective, efficient, high-quality service is delivered by competent, motivated nursing staff
• Demonstrate clinical credibility and act as a role model in the delivery of patient care.
• Hold line reports to account for improving standards and delivery of their objectives in their clinical areas.
• Monitor and assesses clinical areas against CQC standards and key lines of enquiry, ensuring appropriate timely action if improvement is required.
• To act as a clinical expert within the Division.

• St Mark’s Hospital: an internationally renowned specialist centre for bowel disease
• Ealing Hospital: a busy district general hospital providing a range of clinical services, as well as 24/7 emergency department and urgent care centre, and specialist care at Meadow House Hospice
• Central Middlesex Hospital: our planned care site, hosting a range of surgical and outpatient services and collocated with an urgent care centre.
