Your Role as Cluster Assistant Financial Controller
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the day-to-day financial operations across both properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily banking arrangements and reconciliations.
- Conducting petty cash checks and ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Supporting the Financial Controller with month-end processes and reporting.
- Collaborating with property teams and Central Offices to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with internal audits and ensuring adherence to company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in finance or accounting, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
