Crynodeb
The successful candidate will join our innovative breast unit to provide comprehensive breast surgical services in collaboration with Northampton General Hospital. This position focuses on the timely diagnosis and surgical treatment of breast cancer, with particular emphasis on oculoplastic procedures. In 2023, our unit diagnosed 298 patients and provided treatment to 254 patients. The unit offers state-of-the-art facilities having recently benefited a newly built waiting lounge and garden area as well as recent investment in refurbishing breast screening facilities within the unit. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who has recently gained their CCT in Breast Surgery and is on the GMC Specialist Register.
