Summary
You will be responsible for assisting in prioritising patient referrals, allocating and organising the work of colleagues and assistant staff to meet service priorities on a daily basis. You will be responsible for organising and planning your own caseload to meet service and patient priorities. You will adopt a flexible and participative approach to innovation and change and promote patients individuality and dignity at all times. You will be required to participate in evening, weekend and bank holiday working in conjunction with meeting the service needs of the Centre and hospital. You will be required to participate in CPD sessions/initiatives and in-service training programmes. You will be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
