CCICP supports staff and service development and prioritises the wellbeing of its staff with excellent access to resources and support. We also pride ourselves in staff development and training with a variety of internal and external courses available to staff, overseen by our Therapy & Nurse professional lead to ensure the ongoing maintenance of high standards within the workforce. We welcome applications from a wide range of suitably experienced clinicians from a variety of professional backgrounds with a HCPC or NMC registration. Applications will also be considered for candidates who are unable to meet the personal specification but relevant clinical experience and are willing to commence on a developmental / training role.
