Summary

We are seeking a Contract Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth contract operations and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Pay rate: £14.43 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely support to clients via calls and emails.
- Manage work orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive engineering teams to attend callouts and maintenance visits within required timeframes.
- Maintain contract compliance and ensure all work aligns with agreed scope.
- Monitor and update records from initial customer contact through to completion.
- Actively identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance.
- Maintain QHSE documentation and manage systems for PPM records and reporting.
- Support HR processes such as maintaining staff records and onboarding.
- Communicate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Level/HNC preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, Maximo.
- Experience: Previous customer-facing role in a medium-sized business.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach.
