Bagging Operative – Food Manufacturing – HU3, Hull

We are recruiting an experienced Bagging Operative to join a busy food manufacturing site based in HU3, Hull. This role offers ongoing, regular work with excellent pay progression for the right candidate.

Start Information

• Training: January (asap )

  
  

• Full duties commence: February

  
  

• Training carried out on the full shift pattern

  
  Shift Pattern

  • 2 x 12-hour Day shifts (6am–6pm)

    
    

  • 1 day off

    
    

  • 2 x 12-hour Night shifts (6pm–6am)

    
    

  • 3 days off

    
    Pay & Benefits

    • £12.25 per hour during training

      
      

    • £16.78 per hour once fully trained

      
      

    • Overtime £20.56 per hour after 36 / 48 hours

      
      

    • 3 x 20-minute paid breaks

      
      Duties

      • Operating bagging machinery

        
        

      • Monitoring product weights and accuracy

        
        

      • Quality checks and documentation

        
        

      • Working to food safety and hygiene standards

        
        Requirements

        • Previous bagging or relevant factory experience essential

          
          

        • Food manufacturing experience preferred

          
          

        • Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts

          
          

        • Strong attention to detail and reliability
