Summary

Location: East Cowes

Hours: 08.00 - 16.30 Mon - Thu, 07.45- 12.45 Fri ( however may be flexible for school hours or part time hours for the right candidate)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Starts 5th January for a minimum of 4-6 weeks

Duties:

Assertive and proactive daily diary management for Director and Senior Management Team, including meeting rooms and travel arrangements,
Processing expenses and purchase orders,
Event and visitor management,
Take meeting notes/ minutes as required,
Issuing key communications, reports etc. as directed,
Time and attendance management for the Senior Management Team and other key members of site management
Supply management (stationary, consumables for board rooms, ad-hoc lunches etc.)

Experience:

Must have high level administrative experience at a minimum of Personal Assistant level.
Must have excellent communication skills and be proactive and motivated,
Must have strong time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi task efficiently,
Must have a good level of computer literacy and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Salary: £21.00 per hour worked
