Clean Sweep Commercial (family-run, established 2005) is recruiting a Mobile Cleaning Shift Supervisor (Evenings) to support our commercial cleaning teams across local sites.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll lead a small team on shift, keep standards high, and ensure each site is cleaned correctly, safely, and on time.
Key duties:
• Supervising cleaners on-site and keeping the shift running smoothly
• Completing quality checks and fixing issues immediately
• Keyholding/lock-up where required and following access procedures
• Supporting inductions and day-to-day training
• Reporting attendance, issues and site feedback to management
• Basic stock checks and equipment care
What you’ll need:
• Previous team leader/supervisory experience (cleaning preferred)
• A calm, reliable approach and strong attention to detail
• A clean, full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites
• Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
• Right to work in the UK
