What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage daily operations for the Paisley branch.
- Oversee labour planning and supplier engagement to optimise resources and costs
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and industry regulations
- Own the branch P&L with a focus on profitability and margin growth
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency through data insights
- Lead customer service initiatives, resolving issues promptly and maintaining white glove standards
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Engagement teams to align service delivery with customer needs
- Lead recruitment, training, retention and development to build a motivated and high-performing workforce
About You:
- Proven leadership experience managing a small, complex operations with twelve staff
- Strong P&L and budget management skills with a track record of driving profitability
- Expertise in workforce planning and supplier management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills from shop floor to board level
- In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance standards
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Commercially aware and highly data literate, able to turn insight into action
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
