The successful candidate will report into the Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
They will utilise management information and trend analysis to support to manage performance more effectively and will establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to corporate objectives. They will manage any ER issues that arise because of any organisational change.
