Production Assembly Operative
Location: Heanor, Derbyshire
Pay: £12.21 per hour + enhanced overtime rates

Key Responsibilities
Assemble products using a variety of power tools and hand tools
Work to production targets while maintaining excellent quality standards
Follow health & safety procedures and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace
THIS WORK WILL INVOLVE WORKING OUTDOORS IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS PRIOR TO APPLYING.
Shift Pattern
Weekly rotating shifts (Monday–Friday only):
Week 1: 6:00am – 4:30pm
Week 2: 10:00am – 8:30pm
Overtime available on Saturdays
Pay & Benefits
£12.21 per hour
Overtime rates:
Time + 1/3 during the week - £16.24
Time + 1/2 at weekends - £18.32
Long-term, stable role with consistent weekly hours
Full training provided
About You
Experience using hand tools or power tools (beneficial, not essential)
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and meet production targets
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
