Summary

The successful candidate for this position will be a positive proactive team player who will bring excellent customer service, administrative, and interpersonal skills to the busy Student Housing team.

Key responsibilities include administering application and accommodation allocation processes, offering advice to students, and using IT systems with accuracy and attention to detail, as well as liaising with parents, landlords, third-party providers and the local community, monitoring nomination allocations and ensuring appropriate assignment of hall rooms, including support for students with additional accommodation requirements. Duties also include conducting property inspections, completing routine administration, and assisting with marketing activities, including delivering presentations to large and diverse groups to help promote the service.

This full-time on-site role will require some working outside of core hours on evenings and weekends throughout the year to support University events, and particularly during August and September when there is also some restrictions on taking of annual leave so flexibility around this is required.
