Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday
Job opportunity at a well-established business for a Supply Chain Planner with planning experience or a strong administrative background who enjoys working with data. Requiring good knowledge & use of Microsoft Excel and excellent numeracy skills.
Your duties within this position will include but not limited to:
• Supporting stock planning and forecasting
• Working with suppliers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain stock flow.
• Analysing data to identify trends, gaps, or risks.
• Helping ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
• Using Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate records and support decision making.
• Liaising with teams across operations, sales, finance, and logistics.
What we are looking for
Essential:
• Strong administration skills with good numeracy and IT confidence.
• Good Excel skills and the ability to work with data.
• Clear communication and relationship building skills.
• Someone organised, detail focused, and able to prioritise tasks.
• A proactive, solutions minded approach and a willingness to learn.
Desirable:
• Experience in supply chain, inventory, forecasting, or logistics.
• Knowledge of stock control or planning processes.
• Exposure to planning or forecasting software.
