Summary

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our KierBAM joint venture working at Hinkley Point C.



Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - Hinkley Point C - remote working available

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us



Responsibilities

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the site team, supporting the Lead Document Controller managing the document workflow process on Hinkley Point C.

Your day to day will include:

-Processing the projects documents via Common Data Environments (CDE) e.g SharePoint/Microsoft Teams, Teamcenter and ProjectWise

-Providing support to the site team to access documents and records in a timely and controller manner

-Supporting the communication and embedding of KierBams approach to document control

-Issuing updates and registers to the team



What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

-You have experience on construction projects or in preconstruction teams (or similar environments) dealing with distribution of documents, drawings, comments and RFIs.

-You have detailed knowledge of Document Control/Information Management processes

-You have experience problem solving using rigorous logic and methods
