About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Night General Assistant to join our catering team within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring all areas are fully prepared for the following day's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and emptying trays
- Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- Carrying out general kitchen duties to support daily operations
- Working with raw meat (including pork) and alcohol in line with food safety standards
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained
- Assisting other kitchen departments when required, including hot and cold sections
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who works well independently during night shifts and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
