About the Role
The Best Connection is recruiting Waste Recycling Operatives for our client a leading plastics recycling and reprocessing company in Willenhall. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, eco-conscious business committed to sustainability.
Key Duties
- Operating recycling machinery (shredders, granulators, extruders, balers, pelletisers)
- Sorting and preparing plastic waste for processing
- Quality checking recycled pellets
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with loading/unloading materials
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in recycling or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
- willingness to be flexible and complete tasks throughout the site
