Join an organisation committed to the success of one of the Country’s fastest-growing boroughs and the people who make it thrive.

About the role

Rugby is one of the fastest growing towns in the country and is set to grow by 30% by 2035. Located in the county of Warwickshire, near the cities of Coventry and Leicester, with direct rail links to London and Birmingham and within “the golden triangle” of the strategic road network, Rugby’s accessibility is one of the key attributes making it a great place to live and work.

An opportunity has arisen to work as an integral part of our friendly and pro-active Development and Enforcement Team for a Senior Planning Enforcement / Planning Enforcement Officer to help deliver the Council’s vision for the Borough.

In addition, there is plenty of scope to get involved in a diverse range of workload from the urban area of the town to the rolling Warwickshire countryside much of which is Green Belt, as well as heritage and cultural work that helps preserve the birthplace of the game of Rugby.

Whilst a full time role (37 hours per week), part time options may be considered.

About You
