Crynodeb
To work in both in the cleaning or kitchen, as needed, carrying out the following duties: -
• Checking off orders, putting them away and helping to prepare food
• Washing up and keeping the dining rooms clean and tidy
• Setting up the dining areas for meals
• Following the cleaning lists on a daily basis
• Preparing, setting up and clearing up of functions
• Cleaning toilets and bathrooms
• Hoovering, mopping and dusting
• Changing and making beds
• Ironing and laundry
Must attend mandatory health and safety courses when requested.
Must comply with COSSH and HACCP training as directed by the Chef Manager, in liaison with the Estates Manager
Complete HACCP forms (i.e temperature of food, cleaning) during each shift.
To do any other job, within their capabilities, requested of them by the Chef Manager, Domestic Supervisor Chef, or Chefs.
During the year you will be asked to occasionally carry out overtime, you will be given as much notice as possible
