The Role
We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our schools, Threshfield Primary School as a Cleaner and/or Caretaker.
You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Working for NYC as a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings.
The Cleaning hours are between 15:30 and 19:12, with some flexibility on start and finish time and totalling to 18.5 hours per week.
For this you will be paid £12.65 per hour.
The Caretaker responsibilities include: locking the site after cleaning, setting the alarm, and ensuring the site is fully secure.
For this you will receive 12.85-£13.47 per hour, generally covering 5 hours per week, with some flexibility on start and finish times.
Full training will be provided, however if you have experience we would love to hear about it in your application!
