• Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, high-impact lessons across subjects
• Working closely with students 1:1 and in small groups, accelerating their progress

• Observing lessons, contributing to planning, and gathering insights for your own development
• Assisting with behaviour support, pastoral care, and extra-curricular enrichment
