What skills and experience we're looking for
Pipworth Community Primary School Governors are seeking to appoint a Building Supervisor to join our dedicated, committed and hardworking team.
Following the retirement of a long standing valued colleague, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual who can continue to maintain the high standards of our school.
The successful candidate must be confident using IT systems, able to support colleagues, and capable of working independently under the direction of the School Business Manager, directly responsible to the Headteacher and Governors.
We are a very busy school and a hands on approach is needed. Tasks are varied and you must be able to prioritise and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. You must ensure compliance is adhered to.
We are looking for someone who is resilient, organised and punctual. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, discreet, diplomatic and patient. You will adhere to Health and Safety Procedures.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
The need for confidentiality must be adhered to.
Visits to our school are more than welcome.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
