What skills and experience we're looking for
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include establishing an effective and purposeful learning environment in partnership with teachers and other colleagues. You will have the opportunity to prepare activities, ensuring that appropriate materials and equipment are available, and assist in clearing away afterwards. You will support the curriculum by undertaking programmes linked to local and national learning strategies, e.g. literacy, Read Write Inc, numeracy, EYFS and provide feedback on progress to the teacher. You must assist in providing and maintaining a safe learning environment by managing behaviour effectively in accordance with the school's behaviour policy.
