Summary
We're seeking aprofessional to own resiliency across Europe for a global investmentmanagement group. You'll partner with senior leaders, ensure compliance withEU/UK regulations, and drive improvements in business continuity practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional business continuity and risk management initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and testing, providing recommendations.
- Ensure consistent implementation of global policies.
- Develop metrics and reporting routines.
- Support access management and market data vendor oversight.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business continuity, operational risk or internal audit.
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Background supporting and working with front office investment areas (PM, trading, operations).
- Knowledge of Aladdin and automation tools (PowerBI, Appian, Python) desirable
