You'll also experiment with new formats and technologies, including AI, to keep content fresh and impactful.
Your new role
As Social Media & Content Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and driving engagement across key platforms. This is a hands-on position where you'll manage the content calendar, create compelling posts and videos, and collaborate with influencers to grow reach and community. You'll work closely with the brand development team in a creative, fast-paced environment that values bold ideas and innovation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing the annual content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Creating authentic, trend-led short-form videos and visual content.
- Building and nurturing influencer relationships in the UK and US.
- Managing paid social campaigns and optimising performance for ROI.
- Monitoring analytics and providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years' experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Proven success growing audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and influencer campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
