Offering accommodation for up to 80 adult males experiencing homelessness, our aim is to enable and support them in the challenges they face in their lives. The role of Relief Night concierge is an essential part of keeping this effort moving.Key Responsibilities: Provide front of house services to clients, ensuring they are signed in or out and ensuring their queries are handled in a professional manner, referring them to support staff where requiredManage additional front of house duties with good Verbal and written communication skills Including, telephone calls and external visitors to the centre; accurately recording messages, conducting follow up telephone calls, update logbooks and handover reports where appropriate; carry out administration regarding internal and external post, sorting and issuing to clients and staff as required; maintaining a clean working environmentUpdating data on internal systems for clients; complete entry and exit information for residents and helping with data entry and statistical gathering for Housing Management purposes; receive and record client rent payments accurately using electronic systemsThe successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: A strong proven record of possessing both organisational and interpersonal skills.A friendly and approachable manner,Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload and operate Microsoft office utilities with efficiencyYou will preferably come from a background where client privacy and confidentiality are maintained and be aware of the requirements of current Data Protection Laws when processing client data.Availability to work weekends and bank holidays when requiredIn order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment subject to satisfactory references, proof of right to work in the UK, a Health Assessment and a satisfactory Access NI Check.For details of how to prove your right to work in the UK please click here and please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship.
