Summary
We are looking for a Social Worker to join the UASC 16+ Pathways Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years equivalent post qualified experience within a permanent local authority.
About the team:
The Team works closely with young people to ensure their needs are met holistically, providing tailored support as they transition into adulthood. The team will collaborate with partner agencies to promote stability and independence. This role offers you experience within a niche team within Social Work.
About you:
To be qualified for this role you must hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England. You should have experience working within a child in care team, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
