Are you ready to take your career to the next level? An exciting opportunity has opened for a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or a final-year trainee ACP to become part of our expanding Acute Medical Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) team.

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic ACP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. If you have an MSc in Advanced Practice and experience in Acute Medicine, Emergency Department, or urgent care settings, we want to hear from you.

Shape the Future of Acute Care at Fairfield General Hospital

We’re looking for a dynamic Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) team and make a real difference in patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
• Take the lead in assessing, treating, and making critical decisions for patients attending our SDEC service
• Play a key role in coordinating care, mentoring colleagues, and supporting education within the department
• Practice autonomously and independently, delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care for individuals with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions

Your Development Matters:
• You’ll be supported to gain advanced procedural skills to enhance diagnosis and treatment
• Work in a clinically focused role with strong backing from our acute physicians, ACP lead, and wider multidisciplinary team
