Receptionist/School Office Administrator 37 hours per week, (39 weeks term time only)£25,185.00 - £25,583.00 Pro RataActual Salary - £21,905.25 - £22,251.42We are seeking an organised, approachable and proactive Receptionist / School Office Administrator to join our busy front office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service to staff, students, parents, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently Supporting the wider administrative team with daily office tasks Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Assisting with attendance, student data and general administrative duties (training provided) Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times Providing high-quality support to ensure the smooth running of the school/office We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organised with strong attention to detail Can work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks Is confident using IT systems (training provided as needed) Is friendly, professional and committed to providing outstanding service Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality at all times What we offer: A supportive and welcoming team Opportunities for training and development A positive working environment where every member of staff is valued If you are enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
