Summary

. Prescription Management Sign and authorise repeat prescriptions in line with practice policies. Ensure prescriptions comply with best practice, local and national guidelines. Provide clinical oversight on high-risk medications and controlled drugs. 2. Medication Reviews & Reconciliation Conduct structured medication reviews (SMRs), ensuring medicines are optimized for patient safety and effectiveness. Carry out medication reconciliation for patients following hospital discharge. 3. Dispensary Management Line manage dispensary staff; managing rotas, holidays, sickness, performance and appraisals. Ensure ongoing compliance with DSQS Management of SOPs
