Youll work across multiple sites in Manchester, supporting patients throughout their ENT appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. What youll be doing: Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for Preparing patients for procedures and chaperoning them as needed Completing forms, updating records, and keeping our systems accurate Supporting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs like clockwork Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and ready for use Helping with calls, supplies, and anything else that helps the team thrive What were looking for: Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail A team player whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role Why join us?
