Summary
The Team Manager role requires working closely and effectively with a number of stakeholders. This role is to be responsible and lead the day to day management and line management of staff, communicate effectively with a number of stakeholders across multiple education sites and contribute to the development and evaluation of this new service. As well as, supporting the Operational lead and Clinical Lead to ensure the successful mobilisation and implementation of MHSTs alongside colleagues in the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), education, the voluntary sector, specialist mental health services and Exeter University.
