Summary
You will have the responsibility of overseeing and demonstrating good practice, values and standards of care in support of the Manager and Deputy Manager.
You will continue to deliver person-centred care, whilst leading your team to act in the best interest of residents and tenants at all times.
This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant who is willing to be trained or an experienced care team leader / senior care assistant. It’s also really important that you have the right values and behaviours to work in social care, as you’ll be responsible for managing a team and leading by example.
