As part of the Scrum Team you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of Quality Assurance and Testing are included throughout the process, ensuring that requirements are testable, tickets are complete, Definitions of Done are recorded and test executions are completed with appropriate evidence recorded. You will also be involved with the defect triage and management as part of the Scrum Team.

- Support the Automated Regression pack so that it remains relevant
- Maintain the automation framework and pipelines to support rapid delivery
- Support Test Engineers to deliver automated test sets that can be incorporated into the wider pack
- Represent QA/Testing inside a Scrum Team, evaluating and owning appropriate tickets
- Evaluate Backlog Items for testability and own any items marked for testing
- Support stakeholders in matters of automated testing to increase understanding
- Participate in Scrum Ceremonies and Artefacts
- Report to QA Manager on progress and issues and escalate any issues that require it.

- Design and execute a wide range of non-functional testing techniques
- Communicate non-functional test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Make decisions on running types of non-functional testing

- Think creatively, ask the right questions and critically evaluate and communicate findings to a larger team
- Lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes
- Drive the collection of information and the creation of recommendations for improvements
- Absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to determine solutions
Skills required:
- Strong experience in Automation Testing Experience, with the ability to plan, design, script and execute tests
