Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on ability)

Hours of Work
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 07:00 – 17:30 (40 hours per week)
Night Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 18:00 – 06:00; Thursday, 18:00 – 23:30 (shift allowance: time + ⅓)
Piece Work: Available for those seeking flexible earning potential
Overtime: Regularly available due to increasing workload
Responsibilities
Welding mild steel products (12kg – 750kg)
Completing repeat jobs and longer runs (up to 6 hours)
Operating lifting equipment such as overhead cranes (training provided if required)
Meeting production targets while maintaining high quality standards
Following strict Health & Safety procedures (all PPE provided)
Skills & Qualifications
MIG welding experience (essential)
Ability to complete:
Single run butt welds
Single run fillet welds
Multi-run fillet welds (desirable)
Willingness to undertake in-house training
Potential to become coded depending on skill level and time with the business
