As a Youth Support Worker, you'll provide specialist care and guidance to young people facing complex challenges. You'll act as a keyworker, offering consistency, support, and advocacy while promoting safety and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
- Safeguard and challenge young people appropriately
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Create care plans and progress reports
- Lead educational, recreational, and physical activities
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015
- Weekdays: Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 2:45 pm / 2:15 pm - 11:00 pm)
- Fortnightly weekends: Saturday & Sunday (8:00 am - 1:15 pm / 1:15 pm - 11:00 pm)

- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Previous care experience is helpful, but full training is provided
