Our client, a well-established educational institution in Horsham, West Sussex, is seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join their team and make a positive impact on the lives of Key Stage 3 and 4 students who are educated other than at school (EOTAS).

In this crucial role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students facing various challenges, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary to thrive academically and personally. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing tailored learning plans, adapting materials to meet individual needs, and creating a nurturing environment that promotes student engagement and success. You will actively participate in assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents, and collaborating with the team to continually enhance the support provided.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of the unique needs of EOTAS students, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field are highly desirable.
