Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive, stimulating, and well-structured classroom environment
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure consistent progress
* Monitor and assess learning, contributing to reports and parent meetings
* Promote inclusion and ensure all pupils have access to high-quality learning
* Participate in staff training, planning, and whole-school initiatives
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2)
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Passionate about delivering creative, high-quality, and inclusive teaching
* Energetic, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development
* Understanding of Safeguarding and commitment to pupil wellbeing
