We are pleased to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith in their search for a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA / LSA). Starting as soon as possible, this full-time role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs.

You will work closely with experienced teachers and a well-established SEN team in a school that places inclusion, wellbeing and pupil progress at the heart of everything they do.

In this role, you will:

Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with learning, social, emotional or behavioural needs

Support teachers and the SENCo in delivering individual education plans (IEPs)
