About the Role
We are working with a specialist all-through school in Leicestershire that supports pupils aged 4 to 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a calm, nurturing and structured environment where pupils are supported to feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, adaptable and motivated to support young people to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement in learning
- Contributing to a calm, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Supporting the development of independence, life skills and self-confidence
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
Who We're Looking For

You should be:
- Patient, resilient and emotionally aware
- Comfortable supporting pupils who may find school challenging
- A good communicator who works well as part of a team
