Summary
Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning teams based on sites across Basildon.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
This position is based at a community hall in central Basildon and your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the community hall.

This is a part time early morning position in order to get the hall clean before the day starts. The suitable person would work 5am to 7am, Mondays to Fridays.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of halls, stairwells, landings,
- Cleaning of the site offices
- Cleaning meeting rooms
- Checking lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
Key requirements:
- Strong cleaning experience.
- Must be able to get to central Basildon for a 5am start.
