Summary
We are looking for a Games Design and Creative Tech Tutor who can inspire disengaged young people and help them reconnect with learning through creativity and digital media.
In this role, you will:
Work one-to-one with young people who may face barriers to education
Show sensitivity, empathy and patience
Explore creative fields alongside learners — including areas that may be new to you
Demonstrate curiosity, modelling how to learn and problem-solve
Use creative technology as a tool to support personal growth and positive change
Take a learner-centred approach, encouraging autonomy and self-directed learning
Create and deliver engaging, innovative learning projects
