Hannett Hale Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Primary School in Maryport. We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, working five mornings per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and being at the heart of a busy office environment.
The Role
- Hours: Part-time, mornings only (5 days per week)
- Location: Maryport
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to staff and management
- Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and compliance tasks
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties as required

About You
- Previous experience in administration or office support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
