New Wokingham Road Surgery Crowthorne, Berkshire RG45 6JL SALARIED ARRS GP 4-6 SESSIONS PER WEEK Patient List: 9700 patients - with long-term growth 4-5% annually Team: 3 Partners, 1 part time salaried GP, plus ANP, Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physio, Phlebotomy and more About Us Our thriving, long-established Practice is ready to welcome a new ARRS salaried GP to our dedicated team. We are a partner-owned surgery with a strong reputation for high-quality care and consistently excellent GP Patient Survey results. With the recent addition of GPs to the ARRS scheme, this is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified GP to gain experience in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The Role 4-6 sessions per week - days negotiable Mix of acute and routine patients, with both book-in-advance and same-day appointments Duty doctor for a minimum of two sessions per week Administrative Responsibilities As part of the role, the successful candidate will share responsibility for routine clinical administration, including: Processing repeat prescriptions Reviewing and actioning lab reports Managing Docman correspondence and other clinical documents ARRS-Specific Benefits Fully funded under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme Structured mentorship from experienced GP partners Protected CPD time Opportunity to develop special interests and portfolio working Potential progression to a permanent role after the ARRS term Eligibility Completed GP training within the last two years Not currently, or previously employed in a substantive GP post Why Join Us?
