Summary
We are a busy and well-established air conditioning business based in the Cardiff area that carries out installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems across all sectors in Wales and surrounding regions.
We are seeking to expand our service and maintenance team and looking for an experienced individual with extensive knowledge in fault finding and maintaining air conditioning systems, particularly split and VRF/V systems. While the individual will occasionally assist with installation, their primary role will be within the service and maintenance team. Experience working with chillers would be advantageous. Ongoing training and coaching will be provided to ensure compliance.
We already have a team of fantastic engineers (working across installation and maintenance) who are highly skilled and committed to the business, and the applicant should possess a positive attitude, be willing to learn, possess strong timekeeping and communication skills including good writing skills, be flexible and easy to get along with. Experience using iPads to submit paperwork is desirable.
Engineers will be working in South Wales and surrounding regions, with travel to further destinations at a minimum. We believe in work/life balance and have a flexible attitude to employee's needs providing these also fit with the business. Managers are open and supportive. We have bi-yearly team events that encourage employees to bond and grow as a team.
Applicants must be able to drive and will be provided with a company van.
40 hours per week/8 hours per day.
