Summary

Housekeeper – Part time, term time only

Fixed Term Contract (9-12 months)

20 hours per week (9am - 1pm, Monday – Friday)

£11,126 per annum

Treloar’s are currently looking to recruit a temporary Housekeeper to work on our onsite College residential house. The Housekeeper will work under the direction of the House Manager and Senior Housekeepers to ensure the day-to-day tidiness/cleanliness of the house, including student’s bedrooms and the communal areas. They will also have the responsibility of managing, ordering and distributing the laundry, linen, stores and key stock items, as well assisting in with students’ laundry.

The successful candidates should have a good general level of education, computing knowledge, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, including with students and staff. The job holder must have the ability to work independently and be able to prioritise their own work load. Previous experience of working in a caring environment would be beneficial.

Hours: 20 hours per week, term-time only. There will need to be a degree of flexibility in the rota at the beginning and end of terms.
