Reporting to the Senior Support Workers we are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team providing person-centred care and support to adults in a supported living environment.
We believe everyone deserves to live as independently as possible, with dignity, choice, and respect.
Our Support Workers empower people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives in their own homes and community.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, and medication
Assisting with appointments for health, finances and housing needs
Complete the training and ensure you use it to enhance lives
Promoting independence, confidence, and inclusion in the community
Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities, and social opportunities
Working as part of a caring, professional team to deliver high-quality support plans
Keeping accurate records and following care procedures
Be professional with colleagues, the community and our supported living adults
About you:
Kind, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in Health and Social Care, qualification level 2 or 3 in ASD or LD is helpful but not essential – full training provided
Must be flexible to work shifts (including some evenings, nights and weekends)
A valid UK driving licence is essential
