Summary
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with a strong passion for child development and proven experience working with babies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and education for babies, supporting their individual routines and developmental milestones
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently upheld
• Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS framework.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years.
• Experienced in caring for babies and supporting their unique developmental needs
• Passionate about child development, with a nurturing and patient approach
• A strong communicator who can work collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Committed to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth
• A reflective attitude
